Refund policy

Personalized items may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Items that are not personalized and/or produced by EdanSe Company may be returned only if they are unused, in the original packaging in which they were received, and have tags in place. Returns must be made within two weeks of purchase.

In the event that we make a mistake in your personalization, the item will be corrected or replaced with a new one at no additional charge to you. Once you confirm your design is approved and ready for stitching, no refunds or returns will be accepted. Please review your proof carefully before giving final approval.

Digitizing Fees: All digitizing fees are non-refundable, as this work is outsourced to a third-party specialist and cannot be canceled or reversed once completed.
